SOCIAL MEDIA CALENDAR
Planning Ahead
For my Strategic Public Relations Communication class we had to create a social media calendar for an organization. I chose a local organization for this project, the University of Oregon Recreation Center. I created five posts for Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat and strategically planned out when to post them, and what those posts would look like.
CBIRT PR PLAN
Working with a client
I worked alongside a team for this project in my Strategic Public Relations & Cases class at the University of Oregon. We took a problem and created a creative, strategic public relations plan. Our client for the term was CBIRT, The Center on Brain Injury and Research Training. We created a budget, a timeline, wrote strategic plans that addressed a variety of opportunities and issues, chose appropriate media and communication channels for our client's publics, and effectively crafted messages for diverse publics.
CAMPUS SAFETY
Creative research and analysis
This project was made alongside other students in my research methods class at the School of Journalism and Communication. We used the survey method, focus groups, and in-depth research to find out students perceptions of safety on and around campus. We got the chance to present this project to the UO president and other officials at the school.



SHAREHOLDER LETTER
Financial communication
I didn't have any prior experience with financial data before this project for my Strategic Public Relations & Communication class. Looking through Apple's quarterly financial reports and newsletters was challenging but it was also a neat way to experience another aspect of Public Relations.
COMPANY SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Analyzing what values organizations should be upholding
This project will be competed soon. I am working on this project in a group of four in my Strategic Public Relations & Communication class. We will be comparing Unilever and Proctor and Gamble's CSR strategies, and then creating a presentation on a made up company's ideal CSR.
