LIVE BROADCASTS

I wrote and produced department-wide live broadcasts with leadership. In response to the pandemic, we changed the existing bi-weekly live show to weekly and wrote original content for every show. This was a test of my preparedness, and planning skills. This resulted in a 100% increase in viewership.

PODCASTS

I worked on a monthly podcast which shows how Denver delivers exceptional services to residents. I interviewed various employees about how technology has impacted their work. I produced multiple episodes, and started a short series about how COVID-19 has impacted city employees. Have you heard how tech helped solve the case of the missing penguin?

NEWSLETTERS

I wrote biweekly, department-wide newsletters through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. By the end of my internship I was fluent in Salesforce. These newsletters included an introduction (which I organized) written by leadership, citywide partnerships, department updates, any employee changes or new hires, shout outs, a scrapbook, and employee submitted content! It was fun to write for an internal audience, and I can't wait to  do it again.
